* Diarrhea medicines can be taken.

* Can be controlled by avoiding foods that can cause stomach acid such as soda, alcohol, certain types of fruits and vegetables, dairy products, and gluten in wheat.

* Adequate intake of water should be taken daily.

* Medicines for stomach ache and mental fatigue should be taken as prescribed by the doctor.

* In case of bacterial infection, antibiotics should also be taken.

* Constipation should be treated with medicines and dietary changes.

* With the help of a mental health consultant, one should analyze the problems like fear, anxiety, depression etc. in the mind and learn the solutions and ways to avoid them. Also physical relaxation exercises and mental relaxation exercises can be learned from mental health counselors.
